Oviedo Campus: The Christ Follower
April 11-June 13
We call ourselves “Christ Followers.” It is the most popular term today to describe a believer in Christ. But what does that mean? Is it a relationship? A set of rules? Some sort of secret path to find in life? How does the Christ follower live? What do they do? Join us this Sunday as we start a new series of biblical messages, “The Christ Follower,” and discover what it means to follow Jesus.
East Campus: Jesus + nothing = EVERYTHING
April 11-May 30
Since the Church’s beginning, there’s been a battle to protect the simplicity of the Gospel. We have a natural tendency to drift from the freedom found in Christ to the slavery of works-based religion. It’s not “Jesus + gifts” or “Jesus + blessings” or “Jesus + job” or “Jesus + family” or “Jesus + religion“… It’s Jesus + nothing = everything. Yes, for the believer, He really is everything; He really is enough. Paul talks about a way of living that’s based on what Jesus has already done for us in the Gospel. Join us for this 8-week series as we walk through the book of Colossians verse by verse and discover what it’s really like to live free.
God is on the move.
His kingdom is coming. We want His will to be done on this earth as it is in heaven and our heart and prayer is that “on earth as it is in heaven” starts with us. And we would stop wondering if it is possible to change the world. It’s possible.
This year, at IF:Gathering 2021, we are going to talk about how we do that. The theme of those two days is going to be “Even If.” Even if the worst happens, we won’t lose hope. Come join us as we remember that together.
Lunch and refreshments provided.
